|A pinch of ground cayenne pepper|
|1/4||tsp ground cumin|
|A pinch of dried oregano|
|1 tsp||chili spice mix|
|150 ml||Mutti pizza sauce|
|75 ml||soya mince|
|100 ml||baked beans in tomato sauce|
|100 ml||tinned kidney beans, drained|
Peel and thinly slice the onions, finely chop the garlic. Add the oil to a pan and heat. Sauté the vegetables in the oil.
Add the salt, pepper and spice mix and continue sautéing for a moment.
Add the pizza sauce, soya mince, water and salt.
Boil for about 20 minutes.Add the beans and cook for about 5 minutes. Check the taste.
Serve with boiled wholegrain barley.
