|300 g||strawberries, frozen or fresh|
|0,5 tsp||pure vanilla powder|
|4 dl||plain yogurt|
Remove the seeds from the dates. Slice the banana. Add water if you are using frozen strawberries and the smoothie gets too thick. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Tip: Make smoothies from quark instead of yogurt to make the consistency better. Then the smoothie can be prepared day before. It also makes the smoothie more rich in protein.
