We have continued the work related to human rights impact assessments and addressed issues discovered in them. Diversity is a key enabler for us in our transformation into a modern sustainable food company. We want to provide a culture of diversity and inclusiveness where all employees can experience an equal working community with a motivating, respectful and safe work environment. We are increasing awareness on diversity and inclusion through Diversity e-learning. The course inspires to challenge unconscious biases and look at the world around us from a new angle.
