Diversity is a key enabler for us in our transformation into a modern sustainable food company. We want to provide a culture of diversity and inclusiveness where all employees can experience an equal working community with a motivating, respectful and safe work environment. We have finalised our e-learning on diversity and inclusion, and its rollout will take place in 2020. In 2019, 60% of our employees were women and 40% men.
