1 onion
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  A pinch of ground cayenne pepper
1/4 black pepper
1/4 tsp ground cumin
  A pinch of dried oregano
1 tsp chili spice mix
150 ml Mutti pizza sauce
75 ml soya mince
2 dl water
1 tsp salt
100 ml baked beans in tomato sauce
100 ml  tinned kidney beans, drained
  wholegrain barley


Peel and thinly slice the onions, finely chop the garlic. Add the oil to a pan and heat. Sauté the vegetables in the oil.

Add the salt, pepper and spice mix and continue sautéing for a moment.
Add the pizza sauce, soya mince, water and salt.

Boil for about 20 minutes.Add the beans and cook for about 5 minutes. Check the taste.

Serve with boiled wholegrain barley.
