|1,5 dl||almond, oat or soy milk (or any milk you like)|
|1 tsp||lemon juice or 1 tbsp orange juice|
|1 tsp||pure vanilla powder|
|honey to taste|
|To serve: almond milk, berries, honey and toasted coconut|
Mix the oatmeal, chia seeds, milk, juice, vanilla powder and a little honey in a bowl. Stir and place a small plate over or cover with plastic wrap. Let stand cold for about 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Top with coconut flakes, milk and berries before serving.
Tip: There are both sweetened and unsweetened almond drinks. Use the one you like, but skip the honey if you are using the sweetened variety.
