2 tbsp oatmeal
2 chia seeds
1 flaxseed
1,5 dl almond, oat or soy milk (or any milk you like)
1 tsp lemon juice or 1 tbsp orange juice
1 tsp pure vanilla powder
1 pinch salt
  honey to taste
  To serve: almond milk, berries, honey and toasted coconut


Mix the oatmeal, chia seeds, milk, juice, vanilla powder and a little honey in a bowl. Stir and place a small plate over or cover with plastic wrap. Let stand cold for about 30 minutes or overnight in the refrigerator. Top with coconut flakes, milk and berries before serving.

Tip: There are both sweetened and unsweetened almond drinks. Use the one you like, but skip the honey if you are using the sweetened variety.
