4 pieces rye bread
ripe avocados
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil, preferably a peppery
  fresh basil
  sea salt and black pepper


Mash the avocado on the bread. Season with a little salt. Cut the tomatoes into slices and put on the sandwich together with the basil. Drizzle some olive oil on top and sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Mix coffee and hot chocolate, a half and half. Top with whipped cream and grated chocolate if you want to treat yourself to something special.
