4 dates
1 banana
300 g strawberries, frozen or fresh
0,5 tsp pure vanilla powder
4 dl plain yogurt


Remove the seeds from the dates. Slice the banana. Add water if you are using frozen strawberries and the smoothie gets too thick. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Tip: Make smoothies from quark instead of yogurt to make the consistency better. Then the smoothie can be prepared day before. It also makes the smoothie more rich in protein.
